Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: February 19, 2026
Carefully read the following terms and conditions. By visiting cse.excusat.com and purchasing access to our review courses, you accept and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, we ask that you do not make any further use of our website or services.
1. Access Grant
“You” means the individual who is being granted access to use the online course platform and documentation. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Excusat.com.
We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Civil Service Exam Mastery Program and related review materials provided on our platform. This access is strictly for your own personal, educational use. You are not granted permission to use these materials for commercial purposes, group training, or on any platform not owned and operated by us.
2. Title & Intellectual Property
We remain the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in the course content, videos, quizzes, downloadable PDFs, related explanatory written materials (“Documentation”), and platform interface.
3. Things You May Not Do
The Course and Documentation are protected by international and Philippine copyright laws. You must treat the digital content like any other copyrighted material.
You May NOT:
Copy, duplicate, or reproduce the course materials (except for downloading PDFs explicitly provided for offline personal study).
Screen-record, download, or distribute any video or audio content hosted on the platform.
Modify, adapt, or merge the course materials into another program or study guide in any way.
Share your login details for the platform with others. Your account is strictly for your individual use.
Allow multiple people to view the course materials using your installation or account (e.g., hosting “group watch” sessions of our premium review materials).
Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend any portion of the course or documentation.
4. Transfers
Course accounts and access rights are strictly tied to the original purchaser. You may not transfer, sell, or gift your rights to use the Course and Documentation to another person or legal entity.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While our review courses are designed to prepare you thoroughly, we do not warrant or guarantee that completion of the course will result in a passing grade on the official Philippine Civil Service Exam. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, study habits, and personal execution on the day of the exam.
6. Limited Warranty
We warrant that for the duration of your active subscription or access period:
The platform where your course is hosted will be substantially online and available for use (excluding scheduled maintenance).
The Course will perform in substantial accordance with our promotional materials.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the foregoing limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
7. Term and Account Termination
This agreement takes effect upon your registration and use of the platform and remains effective until your access period expires or is terminated. You understand that a breach of any of the terms listed here—particularly the sharing of login details or unauthorized distribution of our copyrighted materials—are grounds for immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of your access without refund or recourse.
8. Confidentiality
The Course contains proprietary testing strategies, review modules, and know-how that belong to us. Any commercial use or public disclosure of the course algorithms, curriculum structure, or proprietary test-taking methods, other than in strict accordance with this agreement, may be actionable as a violation of our intellectual property rights.
9. Disputes
This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the Davao Region, Philippines. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us. If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts in the Davao Region.
10. Pricing, Offers & Discounts
Pricing for all of our courses and services are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify the pricing or contents of any course package.
Discounts and offer links sent via email from our support team are valid for 7 days, after which no offer will be honored. Offers sent via email are valid for the recipient only.
All prices listed on our website are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise explicitly stated.
11. Refund Policy
Although we always endeavor to offer a high-quality review experience, we understand there are circumstances where you may require a refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course modules or downloaded the proprietary study guides/PDFs.
Because digital goods are immediately accessible, downloading the core supplementary materials forfeits your right to a refund.
If a refund is processed, all rights to access the platform will be immediately revoked.
Our refund policy only applies to the first time you purchase our products. Second-time purchases will not be permitted the same rights to refund to protect our intellectual property from abuse.
12. Support & Platform Access
Purchasing the review course grants you access to the platform and associated updates for the duration of your chosen plan (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, or lifetime access, as specified at checkout). Support is provided via email and our official helpdesk. We do not provide technical support via social media direct messages.
